04 Custom Printing and Artwork

For custom-printed products, customers are responsible for reviewing the information and artwork they submit, including spelling, names, numbers, layout, colors, image quality, and other requested details.

Customer-Provided Content

You must have the rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use any logos, photographs, artwork, text, trademarks, or other materials you provide for printing or customization.

You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's intellectual property, violates applicable law, or infringes the rights of others.

Proofs and Approvals

Where a digital proof or design preview is provided, you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving production. Approval confirms that you have reviewed the displayed design and requested details.

Not every order will necessarily include a digital proof. Any proofing process, approval deadline, or production condition applicable to your order should be confirmed before production begins.

Production Variations

Minor variations in color, alignment, finish, or placement may occur depending on the product and printing method. This does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws when an item is defective or materially different from what was agreed.

05 Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at that time.

An order is not necessarily accepted merely because it has been submitted or an automated acknowledgement has been sent. Acceptance, production, and fulfillment are subject to the order process communicated to you.

We may need to contact you to clarify order details, verify information, confirm a customization request, or resolve a payment or availability issue.

Where permitted by law, an order may be declined, placed on hold, or cancelled if there is a genuine availability issue, a pricing or listing error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the relevant payment terms and applicable law.

Please check your order details before submitting an order, especially when requesting personalized or custom-printed products.

06 Pricing and Payments
